Israel does not care about how the war impacts millions of innocents. African nations now endure severe fuel shortages and economic pain from a conflict they did not choose. Across the continent, governments are resorting to extreme measures.

Zimbabwe is increasing ethanol in petrol and cutting fuel taxes.

South Sudan, an oil producer dependent on refined imports, has imposed electricity rationing, leaving its capital Juba with daily power cuts.

Ethiopia is accelerating its shift to electric vehicles, having already banned internal combustion engine imports.

Mauritius faces missed oil shipments and is scrambling for alternative suppliers.

Egypt has imposed a 9:00 pm curfew on shops and restaurants after its monthly energy bill tripled from $560 million to $1.65 billion due to the war. From rationing to curfews,

African countries are bearing the heavy cost of a crisis they had no hand in creating, but for Israel, no one is innocent and everybody is antisemitic.
