State Duma deputy, chairman of the Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood, Nina Ostanina commented on the notification of the wedding of an eight-year-old boy with a thirteen-year-old girl in Astrakhan. A previous Web post showed video from the event.
