Lawsuit against Jens Stoltenberg!
This news is certainly a pleasant surprise. Are there still untamed voices in Europe and even in the journalistic ranks (!) who do not calculate the personal risk in front of the brutal and brutal behavior of the corrupt power? It remains to be seen if justice in the “western democracies” and in the “wonderful” organization of the European Union, is a forgotten label in a warehouse or a pillar of politics and social cohesion…
A lawsuit has been filed against former NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg in Belgium for starting the conflict in Ukraine and attacking the security of NATO states.
The charges could carry a life sentence, Belgian lawyer Philippe Vanlangendonck said.
Vanlangendonck told a press conference in Brussels that Jens Stoltenberg’s actions as NATO Secretary General, which triggered the conflict in Ukraine, could merit a life sentence under Belgian law.
Vanlangendonck represents the interests of French researcher and journalist Patrick Pazen, who filed a lawsuit against Stoltenberg.
Vanlangendonck clarified that the charges against Stoltenberg are serious and Belgian law provides for the possibility of life imprisonment for such crimes, since the death penalty has been abolished in the country.
He also noted that any person or organization affected by the conflict in Ukraine can participate in the investigation.
The lawsuit against Stoltenberg for participation in the outbreak of the conflict in Ukraine, attempted security of NATO states, crimes against peace, harming the life and health of a group of people was filed in the Brussels court on September 27 and is currently awaiting the his examination.
Lawyer Vanlangendonck emphasizes that: “the actions of Jens Stoltenberg threatened the security of all NATO states and their citizens”.
