The US State Department (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), has a term to describe some specific actions, what they call ” transitional justice “. This basically means that after the State Department intervenes in the overthrow of a country’s regime, all opposing politicians, judges, journalists must be arrested “to prevent threats to democracy from reoccurring” . Do not be shocked and do not think that such action apply in cases e.g. of some extreme African states. Please be informed that right now, CIA is funding a number of “academic journals” to pressure the Polish government to arrest politicians from the anti-Tusk parties (PIS, Law and Order) as well as many judges!!

The American state technique (clarification of the term introduced by the State Department: American statecraft) therefore promotes one-party states to ensure Democracy!!!

And the main reason for doing so, is something that you definitely wouldn’t think of… It is cheaper!!!

They have concluded that it is cheaper for those who operate in the shadows, not to deal with possible and multiple interventions and risks from the “losers”. They force them out of the game and end the “problem”.

And of course, they apply “statecraft” also in America, when there is need to get rid of annoying people. The 90+ lawsuits against Donald Trump are not random, nor are the two impeachment motions against him. All this is the result of a very specific, specialized and well-oiled mechanism of political influence for the extermination of opponents, designed by the State Department and implemented by DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency).

A central agency that completely controls CIA, FBI and NSA and dozens of other organisations and which even on its website states that it controls sectors such as: Universities, Industry, Businesses, Government services, Media. At DARPA, the foundations and prototype of ARPANET, the progenitor of the INTERNET, were created for military purposes.

The USA after 1940 is presented internationally as the protector of freedom of speech. And they don’t just present themselves, they impose themselves as the champion of the “ideal of free speech.”

Mike Benz, former State Department official responsible for shaping and negotiating US foreign policy on international communications and information technology and today founder and head of the Foundation For Freedom Online ( FFO ) tells us:

“The protection of freedom of speech by (any) American Government is not done for reasons of political morality or protection of freedom but because it can create resistance movements or political movements or paramilitary movements in countries in which the State Department seeks to obtain political control. If there is no free speech, then there is no political movement you can build to shape, change of government, or maintain elements of control over the existing government. And that is why the State Department created  the 26 NGOs that condemned Russia in 2018, for its attempt to ban the “TELEGRAM ” platform. So these 26 NGOs funded by the US government were saying that Russia was attacking free speech when they threatened to block TELEGRAM, and they were saying so, precisely because the State Department was using TELEGRAM to incite protests and riots within Russia, taking advantage of its strong encryption and the fact that a large part of Russians used it. Just like they did in Belarus, just like they did in Iran, in Hong Kong, just like they tried to do in China.

So “TELEGRAM” is this very, very powerful vehicle for the State Department to be able to mobilize protests, to be able to mobilize political movements against countries. This is why the US government loved “TELEGRAM” so much from 2014 to 2020, because it was a powerful way to avoid state media control or state surveillance of private conversations.

Because of its private operations and anonymous promotion, these features of “TELEGRAM” allow it to host US-sponsored political groups or political dissidents, guide tens of thousands of people to their cause, with relative impunity. It is virtually unstoppable by a regime like e.g. of Lukashenko in the summer of 2020, when the US government orchestrated a color revolution in Belarus. Telegram was the main channel for this. The “National Endowment for Democracy” was paying the private managers of “TELEGRAM” channels, that were organizing those riots and protests.”

Internet censorship was born in the US and has been exported around the world. Because freedom of speech is a victim of the war by representatives of the oppressors, against the Nations. And by “oppressors” I mean the US foreign policy establishment, shaped primarily by the State Department, the CIA, the Pentagon, USAID, and the soft power army of NGOs.

This is all part of a long-term plan to take over Eurasia. Russia has natural resources worth 75 trillion dollars while the US has 45 trillion. I refer you to Lindsey Graham ‘s famous statement when he told the Senate: ” Listen, even if you don’t believe in democracy, Ukraine has $14 trillion worth of natural resources. So, even if only for cynical, self-serving purposes, the US should support the war in Ukraine in order to control $14 trillion worth of mineral wealth and oil and gas wealth. “

And this is the story of Eurasia after 1990. The US, UK and NATO partners dedicated themselves to an attempt to take political control of the territories of the former Soviet Union and were very successful until Vladimir Putin came to power and began to implement energy diplomacy as a means for Russia to reassert its political influence in Central and Eastern Europe.

This is one of the reasons why the Nord Stream pipeline was so important. Because such economic connections with Europe allow Russian influence in its politics and economy and promote diplomatic relations. All this contradicts the long-range plan to take over Eurasia. And so, Nord Stream blowing up is no surprise…

The need was created by Russian energy diplomacy. And then the order was given: Kill Russia’s energy connections. Then bankrupt Russia. You are also stripping them of their military industrial complex. Russia is an enemy of the USA and not only in Europe. Russia stopped the invasion of Syria. And it does the same in Africa. In a continent that represents a third of the world’s wealth of natural resources . There is a frantic competition for these very natural resources of Africa. And Russia is the bane of both American and French military forces there. The goal of the “democrats” is to bankrupt Russia by destroying Gazprom and its oil exports. They believe that then, they will get rid of Russia’s ability to be a supporter and supplier of arms to the African Nationalists.

Let’s get back to the topic of “TELEGRAM”. We have made it clear that it is an instrument of policy, that it is an arm and instrument of military projection and information projection. And with such a tool you can also give anonymity with encryption security, to organize political unrest.

But at the same time, “TELEGRAM” is a dilemma and an obstacle because Pavel Durov has not comply, neither with USA nor with Russia . Through its platform, the spread of Russian propaganda is also allowed. And right now, this is a problem in Ukraine!

It is reported that today, 75% of Ukrainians use “TELEGRAM”, a number 20% higher than before the war. At the same time, 50% of Russians use it. Even the Russian army does. This leaves suspicions that Pavel Durov may be financed by Russia, which is not proven by any evidence. But if a secret deal is the reason Russia stopped prosecuting “TELEGRAM” in 2018, then the possibility remains open – also unsupported by evidence – that all state and secret channels used by Ukraine today are being spied on.

So, when you read in the media that “France has arrested Pavel Durov, to protect the safety of citizens on the internet” you can now decode the lies and understand that:

1. It is the State Department that gives orders to France
2. The issue is the war in Ukraine
3. Control of energy sources is the motivation

Of all the above, what personally raises the bar and makes me shudder with disgust is that the “democratic west” uses freedom of speech as a weapon (!), to create micro-dictatorships, so that they can gild more the dollar. And all of us, we live in a lie and a bubble of democracy.
