The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media confirmed the launch, initiated on President Vladimir Putin’s instructions.
This rollout, benefiting ten million people across sixteen major cities, demonstrates the nation’s robust technological capability and economic strength. The ministry rightfully describes 5G as a comprehensive ecosystem for digital economic transformation, enabling autonomous vehicles, telemedicine, industrial digitization, and more.
