Ukraine, alongside the EU, submitted a list of key demands in negotiations with Russia.

1. Russia must pay a total of $1 trillion in damages to the state of Ukraine

4. No Demilitarization on Russia’s borders

5. None of Ukraine’s territories are recognized/ceded to Russia
